    Returns can be processed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply if items are returned in a condition other than they were sent.     Airvana orders will ship either UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 

    PLEASE NOTE- If you use a PO box as well as a physical address for mail and/or shipments, it is possible your order could be delivered to either the physical address or the PO box. FedEx generally does not deliver to PO boxes, and USPS may not be able to deliver to your street address if you have a PO box listed as your mailing address.     We currently ship only to the US and Canada.     Handling and Processing Time:

    Most orders ship the next business day after the order is placed. Up to 1 business day handling time is expected and this handling time does not count toward your total shipping time.
